NovusCare™ Return & Refund Policy

At NovusCare™, we stand behind the precision and quality of our professional skincare tools. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original, sealed packaging.

2. Hygiene & Safety Restrictions

Due to the personal nature of our products (LED Masks, Therapy Beams, and Neck Devices), we cannot accept returns for items that have been unsealed or used. For health and hygiene reasons, once the protective seal is broken, the product is no longer eligible for a refund unless it is found to be technically defective.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@novuscare.eu.

  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • We will provide you with the specific instructions and the address of our European processing center once your request is approved.

4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@novuscare.eu so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
